ratioed ist eine Plattform, auf der Nutzer Bilder hochladen können. Wir respektieren das Urheberrecht und reagieren auf gültige Takedown-Anfragen zeitnah.

ratioed is a platform where users may upload images. We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

2. Takedown-Meldung einreichen / How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Wenn du der Meinung bist, dass auf ratioed ein Inhalt dein Urheberrecht verletzt, sende eine Meldung an: [COPYRIGHT E-MAIL]

Deine Meldung muss folgende Angaben enthalten:

  1. Identifikation des urheberrechtlich geschützten Werks, das deiner Ansicht nach verletzt wurde.
  2. URL oder genaue Beschreibung des verletzenden Inhalts auf ratioed.
  3. Deine vollständigen Kontaktdaten (Name, Adresse, E-Mail, Telefon).
  4. Eine Erklärung, dass du in gutem Glauben davon ausgehst, dass die Nutzung des Inhalts nicht durch den Rechteinhaber, dessen Vertreter oder das Gesetz genehmigt wurde.
  5. Eine Erklärung unter Strafandrohung wegen Meineids, dass die Angaben in deiner Meldung korrekt sind und du der Rechteinhaber oder berechtigt bist, in dessen Namen zu handeln.

Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The URL or description of the allegedly infringing content on ratioed.
  3. Your full contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Reaktionszeit / Response Time

ratioed wird gemeldete Inhalte nach Prüfung der Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität der Meldung zeitnah (in der Regel innerhalb von 72 Stunden) entfernen.

ratioed will remove reported content promptly (typically within 72 hours) upon verification that the notice is complete and plausible.

Wenn du der Meinung bist, dass ein Inhalt irrtümlich entfernt wurde, kannst du eine Gegendarstellung an [COPYRIGHT E-MAIL] senden. ratioed wird den Inhalt nach einer Wartezeit von 10–14 Werktagen wiederherstellen, sofern kein Gerichtsverfahren eingeleitet wurde.

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [COPYRIGHT E-MAIL]. ratioed will restore the content after a 10–14 business day waiting period, absent notice of pending litigation.
